Douglas A. Muir graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1984 with an aeronautical science degree. He worked as an airline pilot for 18 years before honing his entrepreneurial skills.

Muir owned a large national subrogation/collection agency located in Florida, with emphasis in insurance subrogation and collections of outstanding bank debt. With a full understanding of how credit agencies work, Muir founded Credit Justice Services in 2005 and currently uses his extensive knowledge to help his clients re-establish good credit.
