Step #1. Evaluating & Scoring Your Credit Report

Sara, our Credit Report Analyst will score it so you can see what percent chance we have of removing each negative line item, and send it back to you.

Step #2. Decide which Items to Dispute
One of our Certified Credit Counselors like Jim Brenneck, will call you to review your Scored Credit Report. You decide which items you want to dispute as “not yours” or “inaccurate.” You decide if you want to dispute items that we have a 80%, 70%, 50%, or 30% chance of removal. Most clients end up disputing all of them since the burden of proof is on the credit bureaus.
Step #3. Click on your account and download the letters, sign them, and mail them.
Lauren or one of our other legal assistants will then take over, writing up the specific dispute letters you need.
When she’s done you’ll receive an email and maybe even a phone call to give you your User Name and Password for your Credit Repair On-Line Account so you can monitor every step of the process.
You click on your account, download your letters, sign and mail them. Make sure to sign each letter in Blue Ink and send each in a separate envelope. (In the “Why It Works” section we explain why this is so important.)
Step #4. Mailing Back the Credit Bureaus Responses.
The credit bureaus will respond in writing, often deleting or correcting the negative items within 30 days. All you have to do is gather up the letters and mail them back to us by the end of that 30 day period, so we can create the next round of letters.
